BLOCK MIX — Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion:

Use the subject line BLOCK MIX account deletion request. You do not need to open or reinstall the app to send it.

1. First, this: most players have no account

BLOCK MIX does not require an account. The game never asks you to register, sign in, or give an email address or password.

If you have never used the optional online leaderboard, we hold no record of you on our server, so there is nothing for us to delete: removing the app from your device removes everything that was stored (your personal high score and your settings live in the operating system's standard preference store, on your device only).

2. If you did use the leaderboard: what exists, what gets deleted

If you have submitted a score, the following record exists on our server, and a deletion request removes all of it:

Your anonymous player record and token	Deleted.
Your display name, if you chose one	Deleted.
Your scores and the move lists that produced them	Deleted.
Your place in leaderboard period records	Deleted.
Local data on your device	Removed when you delete the app; we cannot do this for you.

Deleting the account record means deleting the game data attached to it; we do not separate the two. It cannot be undone.

3. What to include in your request

Accounts are anonymous: we hold no name, email address or phone number, so we cannot find you from the address you write from. To let us find the right record, please include:

Your display name on the leaderboard (if you never chose one, the automatic name in the form Player123456).
Roughly when you last played, and your high score if you remember it — needed so that we do not delete someone else's data when several records have similar names.
Which store you installed from (App Store / Google Play).

If we cannot match the record, we will ask you for one more detail. We do not delete on a guess, because deleting the wrong record would destroy another player's data.

4. How long it takes

We reply within 7 days and confirm that we found the matching record.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of that confirmation, and we tell you when it is done.
There is no prior step such as cancelling a subscription: BLOCK MIX has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

5. Is anything retained

After deletion we keep no personal record of you. We state the two exceptions plainly:

Server logs. Our hosting provider's ordinary request logs contain IP addresses and are kept briefly (at most 30 days) for abuse prevention, then rotate out. They are not linked to your player record.
Anonymous totals. For example, how many games were played in a period. These numbers identify neither you nor anyone else.

There is no information we are legally required to retain. If that changes, it will be stated on this page.

6. Where you live makes no difference

This right does not depend on your country; every player can have their account and data deleted.
